Tim Gaspar Raises Over $200,000 in Bid for Los Angeles City Council District 3

Gaspar’s fundraising is powered by more than 450 individual donors as he continues to solidify his position as a clear frontrunner in the race for Council District 3

Woodland Hills, CA – Tim Gaspar’s campaign for Los Angeles City Council District 3 announced today that it has raised more than $200,000 as of the June 30 reporting deadline, with contributions totaling nearly $210,000 from over 450 individual donors across the San Fernando Valley.

The milestone doubles Gaspar’s initial fundraising haul of $100,000 reported in January, reinforcing the campaign’s growing momentum and the strong coalition backing his candidacy. The announcement follows a surge of endorsements in recent weeks, with Gaspar now backed by more than 100
supporters, including elected officials, labor leaders, small business owners, and neighborhood advocates from across the district.

“When we launched this campaign, we knew we were building something different—something grounded in real community support,” said Gaspar. “To see that support grow even stronger over the past six months is deeply motivating. It tells me people are ready for leadership that listens, works hard, and delivers.”

Gaspar—a lifelong Valley resident, entrepreneur, and community leader—entered the race with the exclusive backing of Councilmember Bob Blumenfield. Since then, he has secured over 100 endorsements from a broad range of supporters, including the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) Local 40, Councilmember Tim McOsker, and Assemblymember Jacqui Irwin.

These endorsements reflect a growing base of support that includes small business owners, nonprofit leaders, labor allies, retired public safety officials, and longtime West Valley residents—all united behind Gaspar’s message of accountability, transparency, and results.

“We’ve built this campaign the same way I’ve built everything in my life: through hard work, honest relationships, and a focus on outcomes,” Gaspar said. “And we’re not slowing down. The momentum is real—and we’re going to keep building it.”
